Functional Characterization Card (Executive Director)
Objective and purpose of the function:Coordinating and developing the Institute's work, proposing opportunities for investment and developing future plans for deployment, supervising the management of the institution, planning and participating in the formulation of objectives and setting plans and responsible for preparing the executive programs for approved plans and activating and implementing decisions of the Board of Trustees on real life.

Mission and responsibilities:
1-Manage the business of the institution efficiently and effectively to serve the objectives and interest of the institution and work to raise the name of the enterprise and marketing of its products.
2- Participate in setting the main objectives of the institution and participate in its formulation.
3-Participate in the development of the organizational structure of the institution and review and audit before being presented to the Board of Trustees.
4- Responsible for the division of the main objectives into sub-goals for each department in cooperation with the Director of the department in a way that achieves achievement of the main objectives of the Institute.
5- Participate in the development of plans and provide advice to the Board of Trustees.
6- Reviewing plans and executive programs and verifying them as well as implementing budgets.
7- Attend periodic meetings, formulate recommendations and decisions issued, and develop appropriate executive programs and sub-plans.
8- Final review of promotions and wages at the end of each year
9- Final revision of the annual budget before submitting it to the Board of Trustees.
10- Represent the institution before others as well as in events, parties and official interviews.
11- Take all necessary decisions that enable the executive management to implement the assignments and plans loaded.
12- Review the internal laws in force in the institution and make the necessary amendments and approval by the competent departments and circulate them to employees and employees of the institution.
13- Review the files and contracts of employees and the functions and responsibilities and powers of each individual and make the necessary adjustments as required by the interest of the work.
14- Review the contracts concluded by the institution with external parties.
15- Communicate and address government and commercial institutions, unions, institutions and other similar institutes and organizations to serve the objectives and interests of the institution.
16- Organization of relations between departments and mechanisms of communication according to the hierarchy and reduce the overlap of tasks and powers and placing the right person in the right place
17- Submit bi-monthly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to the Board of Trustees and discuss these reports in periodic meetings.
18- Solve all administrative problems, whether internal or external.
19- Innovation in how to market the services of the organization and the announcement of the institution and follow-up changes.
20- Looking for new opportunities for business and investment development.
21- Supervising the development and evaluation of the financial performance of each branch of the Institute in cooperation with the branch manager and calculating the financial ratios of profitability and conclusions reached based on the available data
22- Supervise the development of the training plan for employees and ensure their implementation.
23- Develop a plan for advertising and promotion activities.
24- Contact external advertising agencies to implement advertisement campaigns.
25- Other functions entrusted to him by the Board of Trustees.
