IIOD and Business Association support women in purpose to help women’s participation in private sector by providing consultancy and developing their skills in Corporate Governance which let them manage their projects according to the global standard by participating in workshops and Training course.

The percentage of women participation in workshops and courses which offered by the Institute are increasing which mean There is a desire to develop capacities and work which in turn will positively affect the development of the private sector.
