Iraqi Institute of Directors (IIoD) coordinated with International Finance corporation IFC provided a training course in (Train Iraqi banks on the Corporate Governance Codes) for Iraqi Central Bank and other banks, Moderated by the experts in the corporate governance Dr. Mohammed Radwan / IFC and IIoD trainer Mr. Rohat Zada.

The training course held in Rotana Hotel / Erbil from 19th to 22th of January 2019.

The aim from this course was to train the banks in the new version of the code which published by Iraqi central bank in order to apply it by the Iraqi banks.
