Dara Jalil Khalil Al- Khayat, is a board member of GIOD – Iraq. He is the head of Administration committee of Al – Khayat companies Group , also he is a president of Erbil Chamber of commerce and Industry , President of Kurdistan Federation of chambers of commerce and Industries , vice president of Iraqi federation of chambers of commerce and Industries m a member of administration council of Kurdistan Exchange market , a member of economic council / council of ministries KRG.  

Dara Jalil was elected as a man of Economy for the year 2014 by European Association of Economists &Administrators.

He holds a B.S.c. in Law –University of Mustansria, Master degree in Business Management, honorary doctorate in Economy from Lahay University 2014.
