Board of Trustees

Triska Ihsan is the Chief Executive Officer of BALA Educational Complex in Kurdistan Region. She is engaged in various local and international institutions of political, legal, educational and administrative fields. She was elected as a member of the council of the governorate of Erbil in 2005.

Triska won the award of the Creative Woman from the Vice President of the Republic of Iraq for her strategic planning. She contributes in enhancing in the fields of human rights, cultural activities and all other phases of reconstruction of Erbil.

Triska Ihsan holds a bachelor degree in Management and Economy from Salahadin University in Erbil, Iraq. Ever since, she endeavored a career at multiple courses and training programs, in order to learn different facets of education systems, and how it empowers the upcoming generation, especially the women of the Kurdish Region in Iraq.
