Mazen Alsa’ad Born in Basra year of 1962 and graduate from University of Technology – Baghdad – Iraq , Has a high skills in System Analysis and Integration , Feasibility Studies , Project Management , Cost Analysit and cost effective auditor , EPS projects, Virtual & Smart Learning Designer ,  Smart Cities Designer and Networking Projects .
